I am one of those lucky folks who has two pages
indexed by the freshbot every two days and in the last 6 days have improved my positioning on a few simple keywords.

If your carefull and take some words out and replace the same amount of different words in, You may and I mean you may! improve your listing but only with great care.

Google are testing this freshbot at the moment
but google may introduce a subscription service like Inktomi where you pay to have your pages updated every two days.

If not this freshbot does help me keep my pages up to date with out loosing my positions.

I think google deserves a big google clap for their services :)

Lasko you beat me to it, I was about to ask this question today.

I also have a few sites crawled and included by the freshbot.

I guess my question is, how can we maximize results from this? Apart from improving SE rankings and adding links to get spidered quickly, what else can be done?

I belive we can only build our positions once we have a good base.

After studing my positions for months I compiled a small list of a few simple phrases that clients may use.

I don't want to ruin my positions for next month so I have kept the same text count and alt tags and replaced my many "and", "but", "welcome", "your" words into other keywords that I seem to be lacking in.

I was always afraid to update my index page after holding postion 1 for one of the biggest holiday destinations in Europe.

Now I can tweek a little and improve my sites freshness.

I hope the new freshbot isn't abused nor will they launch a pay to refresh service!
