Not very likely. Any changes occurring since the October update are a direct result of the refresh bot.

If some of your SERP's are up, the refresh bot has recently visited.

If some of your SERP's are down the refresh bot has visited other sites and missed yours.

In either case, be patience, both good and bad "new" results are fleeting.
