Am I the only one to have sites that have not yet been crawled (but were included in last month's index)? I am trying to be positive.

Hello Mike,

Am I the only one to have sites that have not yet been crawled

Well I bet very occassionally, but I think you being the only one is a pretty slim chance ;)

Give the update a chance to settle, usually in the months before people seen PR getting factored in before the whole thing settled....anyway the dance isnt finished yet so the fat lady just aint singing :)

Mike,

Don't feel bad. I have a site too, which hasn't been crawled. I guess all we can do is hope it hurries....

Hi Mike,

Mine's worst. Not sure what's happening but www2 & www3 showed my old pages earlier. Now even www shows the old pages!

This is not an update with "minty freshness" at all. It looks more like a "downgrade", sigh....

Unless I missed something major on another thread, the deep crawl date tends to be from 10 - 12 days prior to the end of the month to about the 12th. So for Oct-Nov say from Oct. 18 to Nov 12.
One of my best updates was a crawl that finished on the 12th and was updated on - if I remember - the 24th of the same month.
In October, I was deep crawled bewteen the 2nd and the 8th for the results now in the Halloween update.

Hello Bobmark,

I'm not talking about not being crawled here, but being crawled "backwards".

You see, due to Google's new "minty freshness" mini updating, my site was updated like every other day so the cache showed the updated pages PRIOR to this dance.

Now it seems this dance has "turned back the clock" and the cache on www.www2.www3 all show my very old pages.

My questioon is what's the use of mini updates when the major one brings everything back to square one?

It never happened before so I'm puzzled.

PS : Googleguy, are you there?

ahhhh sorry for being dense eyeinthesky.
But it is interesting as in September all the fresh pages from my site Google had added to the index from about the 15th through just before the update at end Sep disappeared, in the last update so I assumed that the monthly update always obliterated the month's fresh results.
