How to rebuild PR?

I managed to destory my PR, now what

This Google update didn't bring the good news I was expecting. My sites dropped from pr6 to pr4 a month ago because I diluted the pages with too many cross links.
How do I re-build these sites so that they can have pr6 again? Each site has over 100 pages. I am in the process of adding almost 100 more to each. Does any know if this will help or will these new pages be hindered by the site's current PR.
Does anyone know a way of re-building PR?

I would wait till the dance is over, things are in flux, nothing is certain. My sites are up and down.

My sites are in terrible shape. The pr looks completely destroyed.

Make that an unhappy third - one of my sites has fallen from #12 to somewhere out beyond #600 (I couldnt bring myself to carry on clicking 'next'.

It seems to have indexed a version of the site which was replaced over three weeks ago - even though the freshbot had updated the page in google to the new version which boosted the PR.

Im just hoping that the freshbot will return once again, and perhaps bring with it a deep crawl! Anyone else share any experiences?

I think I'm going to write a book entitled "Google suicide for dummies" or "How to destroy your online business without really trying"

go into google groups and see what people in your area are talking about.

write a page related to that subject offering more information than you might even want to give.

within a couple of months people will find your informative page and start linking to you. You will find forums discussing your page. Might nog give a lot of Pagerank, but it will help you in times of Google dumping you in getting you extra visitors.
