signs of Google update

Dear Experts,
somebody in one of the recent threads mentioned the number of links to Yahoo (which now stands at 657,000).As i guess It can be the possible sign of google update, where can be seen this number?

What you do is the check www3.google.com or www2.google.com.

And you type in link:www.yahoo.com

If the numbers at www2 and www3 are different from the numbers at www.google.com then the update has started. As of now, it is still 657,000 on www3. So no update yet.

One of the Google Dance check sites has a way to do this, but I don't think the mods will let me post the URL here. Try in www2.google.com:
