I think you are best not paying too much attention to changes until they've been there a few days. You'll save yourself a lot of worries!

I have no worries, I was just surprised by being listed already. just doing a ground level review of were i am and there is the content i did a few hours ago ! I thought it was cools ... anyways they are back again.

The basic drill for fresh listing is they last 2 or three days. The old listing may show up, but the fresh listings is the one that is mostly displayed. Some on page content can be used to move around in the SERPs with the same PR and incoming theme considerations. When / if freshness is lost the last fresh listing is the one mostly displayed in the SERPs.

On Saturday, 19th of October at about 10 pm I checked my Google Rankings and I was pretty surprised, 'cause nearly on every site there was a "fresh tag" showing the 20th of october as the las date the site was spidered. Seems as Google is faster than time!

perhaps google uses fiji or new zealand time... :)
