Firewalling Server could cause problems with googlebot?

Hallo everyone, I installed Sygate personal firewall on my server WEB, and I would like to know if locking my pc behind a firewall, except obviously port 80, 21, 25 etc. this could be a problem for googlebot to index my pages, that are yet thousands, and ranked very well.

if someone outside of your network can point a browser at your site and see your pages then google will see exactly the same thing
