Occassionally I enter my domain name in Google to see where it might show up. Lately, I've noticed that several of the top listings are competitors. The link is titled with my company name and some keywords. However, when you click on the link it takes you to their main website. When I look at the cache, it's a classic Web Position Gold doorway page with text lifted from my website. Anyone experience this before?

If it is content lifted from your site, contact them and get it removed. I haven't seen much deleted from Google recently for 'near duplicate' content, but there is no reason to let somebody else get rankings / traffic / money from your hard work :)

That may be true...but it doesn't really help when you are suddenly confronted with copyright theft :)
