i payed for google inclusion?

Hello,
I payed a company for inclusion in inktomi and some other engines.
After reading their faq, i come across this text:

"Why Can't I Find My Site In Lycos, Google, AltaVista Yet?
These engines are not powered by Inktomi and are included within the submission part of the Fast product. These engines take a varying amount of time to index but sites will usually appear within 4 - 6 weeks."

How can they claim they will include me to Google?
are they kidding me?

Are they saying they will use the submission page of google itself, that's something i i can do myself.

Anybody have experiance with webwurld?

They may, but if you look at their fast FAQ it has remnants of their inktomi faq. Site needs a proof read.
