Redirect link containing my url

Will Google see this as a backlink

A directory contains a link to my site as follows:

http://www.blue--widgets.com/go.php?id=77127&url=http://www.mysite.com

Will Google see my url and count it as a backlink?

Personally I find that these are NOT counted as backlinks, I maybe wrong but we have 100s of these types of backlinks from many high PR pages, but they never show as backlinks,

ONLY as Find web pages that contain the term "mysite.com"
