What do you do to get indexed after being penalized?

I am a beginner designer and apparently I made some mistakes on my last project.

I submitted a quality site with about 375 doorway pages that all had different content on it but a lot of repeated links and the same graphics. I submitted the site to Google in late July and have only had 3 sub-pages listed with a PR of 0 as of the last update.

I was wondering if you folks could give me some advice about how to get listed on Google's next update.

Should I take all of my doorway pages off my server and only have the homepage and few main pages? Should I remove most of the links except for the vital ones? Do I resubmit via AddUrl or should I just wait to be indexed again? Any advice would be great.

Thanks a lot.

yep - kill the doorways.

keep the real content, with that many doorways I'm sure once you trim the fat you'll find some nice juicy meat to serve the bot when he come's by ;)

think of it this way.. imagine your sitting with someone who is interested in the product/service provided by the site.. would you be able to show them the page without cringing and still look them in the eye?

if it wasn't designed to be used by a user than it's dead weight.

as for resubmitting.. if all your links are in place you will be recrawled and hopefully it's just a matter of filters ;)
