I managed 2 sites about hotels in a great city, so the competition is very hard (1,430,000 results wiht keyword1 keyword2)
One of my site was in the top 10 during 6 months, and suddenly with this new update, it disapears from results with keyword1 keyword2 and even with keyword1 keyword2 keyword3.
The first results have the same density as mine (around 18-20% of the keyword1 keyword2), i have more backward links that majority of the top results. My site is in Yahoo, my keywords are in my title, in my meta-description, in my body, in my domain name.
I still have a PR5, if I do a search with 5 or 6 keywords my site appears.
So any ideas of what's happen?

What about those sites that are on the first page now?
That appears to be the problem this month.
I'm not in Dmoz, but 6 of the sites in the top ten are not in Dmoz.
The category where I subbmited my site in Dmoz has a very low PR, only 3.
