I recently made a major mistake, where I had heavily cross-linked between 30 sites in order to create a network. This ended up destroying my ranking. So I quickly removed the links from all the pages, but now I have the problem of getting Google to come back and update these sites. There are roughly 4000 pages in total. The pages were completely crawled before and I know that the Googlebot is generally lazy when it visits sites for the second time. Does anyone know of a way to encourage Google to crawl through all these pages?
