I read a lot of times about new sites showing up with pr4 or pr5 in between updates. My new site which is in Yahoo already has also shown up in Google but not yet ranked. Any ideas how long it will be until it is?

Crobb, When did you submit? are you in google yet? If your in just without a PR, I bet at the end of this month, October during the next dance you will get hit with a PR.. just keep the links coming to your site brother..

Thanks for the reply. I created the site last week. It appeared in Google Saturday. In Yahoo yesterday. Toolbar is grey so I imagine, like you said, that it will show up at the end of the month with PR. I had read some posts a couple of weeks ago about some new sites showing up during the Everflux with PR so was hoping that might happen here.

Crobb, No problem.. good luck with it.. I am sure if with your new listing in yahoo you will have pr this time around.. sometimes it takes a month, it can be bumpy in the begining.. although its been smooth for me i hear of other people getting tossed around for the first month or two... just work on your links and you will be fine...
