I optimized a site for a guy who had a 12 or so page brochure site and it moved up to PR8 in this latest update. It has some links coming in and out, but honestly I don't know what the heck I did.
On the other hand, I had several sites that were relatively small, but strong on a particular keyword phrase that dropped substantially.
Has anyone compiled a list of changes for this last update?
