I just checked my url and it says that it can not be found? Am I in trouble or is this part of indexing process?

The address bar in your browser?

I found out that my server is down, so that's why I can't get my URL. Since I am in www2/3, will this stop me from being on www?

It might, if google decides to hit your homepage once more.

Holly,
Hopefully server outages are rare. You definitely don't want your site offline when the search engine bots visit. If you have server reliability issues, get a new hosting company. Even if your site drops out of Google for this reason, it should be back the following month.

who do you suggest as a server. also, how do you get the best estimate on how much bandwidth you need?
