alright let me see if i can explain this clearly enough for anyone to be able to give me an answer! alright i am looking to get my page on google so that i can get it a page ranking. although here is the catch. i work for a company that has these templates for business' webpages. so each page is going to show up under our domain name. first off, i dont really want to go and submit every single one. second, i submitted the main domain name for the company, so in theory that should go thru all of the pages and scour all of them. so here is one of two problems now. first off, if i were to submit the pages one at a time, would google see that as spamming and just totally block me out and see my page as a negative? and second, the pages are mainly in Flash(dah dah dah) so how is google going to webcrawl and rank these pages?

From what I understand Google will only follow links from a submitted URL, therefore just because you submitted the main URL doesn't mean that all the other sites will be indexed, unless they are all linked to one way or another from the main URL.

As for google indexing flash sites, or pure flash sites - "forget about it" :)

If you start using an automated method then your ISP connection may be banned from using Google, but this should not affect your Web site.

You don't need to submit to Google, but it does no harm.

Google likes to find pages via links. If you have good links to your site (from reasonably high PageRank pages) and if your Web pages are accessible from the home page using normal HTML links then Google should find them easily.

Having Flash in your pages shouldn't matter, it's just important to have HTML links as well. Google may load Flash movies and look for links in them, but I would prefer not to relay on that as other engines won't do that, and neither will all people (no one in my office can load Flash without intervention).

1st of all i wouldnt bother submitting all pages, just submit the domain. 2nd what you really want to do is get links to your site...start off with DMOZ and Yahoo!, when you have links from there you can pretty much guarantee that google will spider your site. Be patient, it can take a couple of months from getting spidered by Googlebot to appearing in the SERP's.

About the flash im not too sure...from what i hear its not too good for google and probably wont rank too great. Google likes content as in text content! you should probably start thinking of adding some pages with lots of text to complement the flash (if you have to use flash)

I don't think there is a problem to submit them, but there is no need to. Google will follow the links from the home page and find the rest. Assuming the page is linked from somewhere else google already knows about, if not, submitting may do no good.
