Now the problem is that from last 2-3 days the title in google, when somebody searched for "main keyword phrase" comes as:Under Construction and the descp as:
It may be in the process of being upgraded. Please try this site again later. If you still experience the problem, try contacting the Web site administrator.
Even the cached version shows under construction sign,
While the site is up and running well, and not been down for a moment,the same desc and title appeard with a stamp of 20th Sept and 21st Sept. Anybody clicking on the title is going to live site but then why is this happening.
Also for other keywords like: "second keyword phrase" the url title and descp are fine. I don't know why is this happening but suddenly my site's visitors have dropped as no one will click on an under construction page.
I tested the site with almost all methods (spider simulator, ping,trace etc)
they all shows right result.
Any help will be greatly appreciated

Do you recognize the default page that is being served? It looks like it came off one of your servers, and that server thought that your site had not yet been uploaded to the server. I'd start there to figure out this problem. Maybe there was a temporary DNS problem, and your domain was redirected to a non-existent site for a short time.
If your site has not been listed by Google for at least a month, Google may behave strangely.
If you are cloaking for search engines, re-check your redirects!
Also, are you aware that your index page is invalid? There is no opening <head> tag, although there is a </head> tag present. I'd recommend validating your site using the tools at [w3c.org...]
Despite your problem, I'd say you are doing very well for relevant searches in your city and country!

Thanks for your reply. My site is in google index since last six months, with a pr of 6. I have never done any cloaking, as believe in natural seo only.
The only thing I can think of is that, my web hosting company have messed up here, nothing else seems to be the reason. As there are 4 sites, of mine on same virtual ip which gets refreshed daily. Strange thing is why this site only.
