Will I see those results soon in google. Also my site has been down for 2 weeks since I had to change ISP's. Will google not include my site in the next update even though it has already indexed 700 pages in August? With my site being down will that effect being placed in google even though my site was indexed in August ( crawled 700 pages).

Well even if your site was crawled heavily by google, and then it was down for two weeks, chances are very less that your site will be listed in google on this update.

I will share one of my recent experience.

One of my client's site which was almost 3yrs old, went down for around 7 days couple of months back. Google just before then was crawling the site almost daily and changes done on home page use to reflect in the engine next day. Site is listed in yahoo as well as dmoz. But in the next update site was gone, in fact it disappered before the next update.

So more important points you need to check are:

-Whether googlebot came to your site afterwords as well, I mean after those two weeks.
- If it did, then how many hits you received. If its 1-2 only then also chances are less.

The only chance you have is, if googlebot did'nt tried to crawl you site in those 2 weeks.

Hope this helps.
