What is the correct minimum spend

Does anyone know the correct minimum spend on Google for the Premium Listings.

Client is viewing google.co.uk/ads/inquiry.html and it says:

(Google's current campaign minimum is $10,000 over three months.
For campaigns at a lower spending level, try Google AdWords Select.)

I see on the exact same page:

(Google's current campaign minimum is $15,000 over three months.
For campaigns at a lower spending level, try Google AdWords Select.)

It was a bit embarrasing when i told client its $15,000 and he says $10,000 :(

It was just recently increased to 15k. (At least in the U.S.)

To be honest I had a long conversation about this with my Google account manager who is quite senior at Google UK.

Realistic amount is around £3,000 > £5,000 per campaign, obviously they would like this to be used up in days/weeks, however if your chosen keyword impression isnt that high, they will allow for the above amount for say a max 6 month campaign.
