I wish this story was a little more in-depth. They said nothing about what questions were asked to get the results and very little about how things were measured to get the results.

I think you need to take a look at the websites of ForeSee Results and Nielson/Netratings for indepth stats, methodology used etc

Interesting how the lowest score on that chart period is for AOL's portal. Not surprising.
