This is not a promotional thing but I'm very confused.

On my site in profile when i do a direct search for the url I get one page with old content, but do a site:site-in-profile search for "radio" and the homepage comes up with the new content, yet its a completely different page.

How can one page be 2 pages - the old one and the new one?

The last few days the index is evidently changing back and forth. I come up for my main kw in the early part of the day, but by late afternoon/evening (US Central time) I'm way down the in the serp's again. When checking the cached pages, I get the newest page when I "show" and the old page when I don't but even if I "show" and do a site:mydomain 'term' that will show the old page. Very strange and I hope most people are trying to find me in the early part of the day ;)

Well it doesnt change by the day - I can recreate this at any time of the day - even simultaneously if I desire.

Very very weird

Today, it seems to be stable. I've been in all day. But, every other day since the last update it has been bouncing back and forth for me and a few other sites/kw's I watch.

Yes! very strange.

Very interesting. Looks like the direct URL matches are coming from a seperate database.

Good so someone else is seeing it and its not just me going mad. I don't have a clue what would cause this - Googleguy got any ideas?

Actually - The new page has the NO-CACHE (No-Archive) tag for googlebot whereas the old one didnt - perhaps by not caching it, it didn't overwrite the old page?
