Welcome in this group... This is my first post...

Can I read PR other way than google toolbar ??
I want write script where i enter url and recive PR this url...

I'm afraid it's impossible and thus prohibited by Google :-(

It is posssible to check your PR if the page is listed in the Google directory. Just remember that this figure could be several months old!

But in response to writing a scirpt to get the PR of a URL, i wouldnt have a clue how and i dont think Google would be too happy about that either.

Hi Olczyk, WebRankInfo, echannel and welcome to WebmasterWorld.

First you can only receive PR from a URL that links to you. In basic terms you have no real control over what others do (link) on their site so unless a script provides access to change their site I don't see how this is possible.

Even if it was possible, it would be unethical.

I also wanted to do this, downloaded the Google API demos, but it doesn't support that yet.

Hope they add it soon.
