I just got the toolbar to give me a PR3 on an internal directory on my computer IE c:/mywork/page.htm I was working on a page with a iframed to a script behind my firewall going back an forth to different sites. I noticed my computer PR rating refreshed it and it was still PR3.
I currently can not duplicate it, I was not in a software test mode when i discovered the rating.
