A backwards link to my site

Not sure how it got there, and I am skeptical about the site

I was just checking my backwards link, and I found a link to my site from another site that basically just lists advertising and then free links to sites.

The site is in Google and the home page has a PR6, and the page I am linked from has a PR4. Basically you just submit your site, and you get a free link. I am not sure how my site got there. One of the sites above me looks like it might be a link to a porno site, but there are some big name companies that are advertising and have free links.

Should I be worried about this link, or does it probably not matter?

You shouldn't not be worry either it's just good, or google wont count it for your linkpop, it can't do you no harm.
