ClickBank link to my site

Will Google find my site?

My website has not been listed in Google yet. I have an affiliate program from Clickbank and I have many affiliates linking to my site through the Clickbank affiliate URL. The affiliate URL goes something like -

hop.clickbank.com/something/something

When visitors click on the above URL, they are redirected to my site.

Now will Google consider this as an inbound link to my site? Will Google be able to find my site through my websites of my affiliates?
