Hi

I really hope you can help me please. I got my site indexed my google about 3 months ago <snip>. It registered 77 links - mainly from pages within my site linking to each other.

2 months ago Google only counted 22 links and this month counted 4.

What's happening. I have around 230 pages on this site that google hasn't indexed. I'm listed in yahoo - but all the time my links are going down.

How can I help google index the site fully. I look at other sites that have 100+ links to them all from internal pages - how does this work please?

Look forward to hearing your views.

Thanks
Alan

If your site experiences a slight drop in PageRank (from loosing one or two links) then the internal pages can drop below the threshold for links to show in a link: search. Links below PR4 do count, they just don't show.

ciml beat me to it, but that's his responsibility! ;)

I spot checked about 20 pages using a contain the term search and ciml is dead on with his explanation. Most of your internal pages are PR2 to PR3 and won't show in a backwards links check.
