Will Google ban me on this?

I will be launching another tech site. To save time, I want to use the same HTML template as my other PR6 1-yr old tech site. Both sites will have totally different content. Meta tags will be different as well. So, my question is whether or not Google will ban us on this.

Thanks!

But they sit on the same server. Have the same c-class IP. 11.222.333.xx
Is this C-class? Anyway, you know what I mean. Will Google go after me for this?

I have just been out of the woods (getting back PR6 for the first time in EIGHT MONTHS). and I'm not about to go wreck myself with another stupid human mistake. My site was penalized last time b/c I kept my old domain and site while creating a new domain with exact same content. I need to have a new domain name for those who are curious.

If the content really is different, then it is no problem.

There are heaps of sites using the same templates. For example blog software, php, asp and perl portal software Nuke, Front Page and other WSIWYG web design programs.. means many sites are using the same base templates.
