Does Google PR apply to sub-domains?

I ask because our main site www.incutio.com was launched at the exact same time as our sub domain site scripts.incutio.com - the main site has racked up a respectable PR of 6 but scripts.incutio.com appears not to have a PR at all.

The subdomain will be treated as a page on it's own, it requires it's own incoming links. I assume it is quite new and Google just didn't pick up the link from your main page during the last crawl - either that or you need to stop cloaking your page for Googlebot! ;)
