Google indexing js links?

some ad hoc evidence

We serve rotating text ads using a javascript. One of the advertisers was taken off the script about 5 weeks ago. Now, while they well ranked on the first page of www (last months ranking) for our related keywords, this month they are relegated to about the 4th or 5th page on ww2 and ww3.

I am seeing more evidence that Google IS actually indexing URL's in at least some javascripts.

Anybody else?

I have one site that only has javascript inbound links. Googlebot somehow found it's way there - although I have also visited the site whilst using the google toolbar as well (which some people believe initiates a googlebot crawling).
