i just changed cache at www3 , i got bumped from page oblivion to page 1 and 3 on search results on some keywords

now i need a url where i can search for keywords and see how much those keywords get searched per day at google or any other search engine powered by google so i can get some status :-)

The wordtracker site will give you all the info you need

They do charge a fee - but you can use their free demo to get a good feel for your keywords

As far as I know the Overture tool gives a good idea, but doesn't include Google data, only that from Overture's partner sites. Offhand I can't recall about Wordtracker, I haven't needed to use it yet. I do know you can do a one day subscription.

You can do some good research by testing a trial ad (no cost) at the Google AdWords [google.com] page. In fact, that's most likely the best information you'll get.

I've had clients do AdWords to help choose when there's been a choice between two different keyword phrases to optimize the site for, like handmade widgets or hand made widgets. Running an ad was the deciding factor. In fact, I have to email someone today to start to run it steadily on a couple of minor or alternate phrases.
