Why do some of your pages count towards link popularity?

When I do a search for link popularity why do some pages count towards this but others do not? My competitor's have all their pages counting towards their link popularity. What can I do to fix this?

Did you look at the PR of every pages that "counts"? Try to compare PR of pages that counts and ones that does not count.
