July Update happened yet?

No longer lagging?

I just did a search for my site and found that the cache is showing the most recent version of my front page (updated July 13). There's no fresh date mark on my the SERPs page, so is it safe to assume that:

1. The July update has been completed, and
2. There is no longer a 30 day lag between the crawl and the update?!

No epanastatis, there's been no update yet. There are minor changes and shifts going on all month, with some shifting in and out, but the actual update is still several days away. When it happens it's major, all across the board; there's no mistaking it.
