A friend of mine has a PR7 front page that is a frameset, there is some content and links within the <noframes> tags. It looks to me as if no PR is passed on from the links to external sites, when I try backward link searches it only finds links pages deeper within the site with PR~4.
I was always under the impression that PR would be passed on in this way, can anyone confirm whether it is or isn't?
