Will my pages get indexed if they are .asp?

I have a little concern, will my pages get indexed if they have the extension .asp?

Yes, they will.

As Nick says, the .asp extension is fine. Googlebot tends to be less inclined to spider deeply if the URLs have ? characters in them (though it can do happily if you have plenty of PageRank).
