will this be a problem?

Recently I learned how to create SE friendly links and decided to change links from:

www.example.com/download.php?name=bluewidget&cat=new

to:

www.example.com/bluewidget-new.htm

My problem is that this site is completely crawled and indexed by Google and it has very good positions, but this is not the case with all other engines like Yahoo or MSN.

Since both versions of these pages work correctly, will Google consider this as duplicate content and drop me from its index? And if does, is there any way to tell Google to stop Googlebot from crawling these pages?
Thanks
