Where Do the Keyword Links Come From?

I want to know where the incoming keywordlinks from a firm are.
For example: the firm example.com has no keyword on his site. The ranking in google is no 1 for the keyword xyz
The incoming links with the keyword xyz are on other sites. I want to know how i can find out on which sites the keyword are standing.
Can someone help me?

Google doesn't show you all the links to a site.
Yahoo and AllTheWeb are better.

Search there to find who links to the site, and then check each of the pages out that link to the site - they'll be the ones in the SERPS.

It's tedious, but that's the way to do it...
