Few days ago I noticed that Google's cache contains some strange site (B) for the query of mine (A). It happens sometimes, when there are duplicated content, etc - Google is merging two pages in cache.

But this time it looks quite strange. There are absolutely no redirects, similiar content, links, and other stuff at page B pointing or mentioning site A.

I've contacted webmaster of site B and he said that there he's unaware of this problem.

I've contacted google and they've said that such symptoms occur when googlebot comes to a page and receives 404 error. If 404 error pages are same on two sites they can get merged. However I definitely know that there couldn't be errors.

I've checked backward links of both pages and tried various queries, but didn't fount any similiar or pointing content.

I don't know what to do. Thanks for any help.

How long has it been like that, and does your page get crawled and refreshed frequently? You might also like to ping and check the IP numbers of both the sites.
