Well the new Googlebot is at my site again, crawling same-length URLs at the rate of around 50/sec right now.

Anyone Else?

Yup I'm seeing it again too!

I lost loads of pages the last time it came by!

hope this means I wont loose the rest!

luckily i put it in "spider block" before it arrived...

Does anyone have any good news about this bot?

Or more specfically does anyone have any ideas/clues of what this bot is about?

Any thoughts/hunches/past experience would be very helpful and much appreciated.
