Just out of interest, does anyone know a legitimate use for this tag?

<META HTTP-EQUIV="refresh" CONTENT="10; URL=h**p://www.example.com/bluewidgets">

It's just that Google keep saying how they can't ban things like cloaking etc. because so many companies use it for legitimate reasons. Is there such for this? The page is packed with optimized content and redirects through an affiliate link after 10 seconds.

A legitimate use?

I once had to move a website for a friend, (yes, I do have some!), from one free ISP to another free ISP.
No chance of using 301s

I changed the first site so that it had a META NOINDEX FOLLOW, put a clickable link on each page and a META refresh, to move the person across to the new site, either automatically or manually.
After a month or so, I removed the (old) site...

Et Voila...
