Indented 2nd entry in Google SERPS

Hi

For over a year I had a couple of spots in the G SERPS for many of my keywords with my /index.html page and another relevant page from the site indented below. Recently I noticed these have disappeared.... not sure why...

Any ideas why some sites get 2 entries (2nd indented) and some not?

If you have 2 pages ranking top 10 for the same term you'll get an indented listing.

If you have more than 2, google will indent list the top 2 only - i.e. you can't have more than two, but disabling the filter on the search "&filter=0" will show them all.

And if course if the reason for losing the indent was that your second best result has fallen out of the first ten results onto another page, you'll be able to group it under the first once more if you select more than 10 results per page.
