Multiple sites on one server

Are they a problem if you link to all of them?

Here is my situation:

I have a large, high-traffic, high PR website on a dedicated server. This site covers a very broad range of topics.

I also have nine small, low-PR, low traffic (but growing) sites on a different server (a reseller account), each focusing on a different topic. These nine sites share a single IP address that is on a different C-block than the large site.

On the home page of the large site I have a link to each of the smaller sites, but the smaller sites do not link back.

My question: Does Google frown upon this type of setup and am I in danger of incurring a penalty?
