Duplicate Content X 3

There is a site that I compete with that has blatant duplicate content, they have duplicated a huge amount of their website, and the big portion that they have duplicated is a 100% copy. The other bits that they haven’t duplicated is of no interest to me, not related to my site.

e.g.

www.domain name/their_content
www.domain name2/ their_content
www.domain name3/ their_content

Only the domain names are different.

Is it normal to report that to Google or should I expect Google to work it out?

If I need to report them who do I contact, is there an email address

There are literally billions of duplicate pages out there. It is why the crawler hates session ids. Google handles dupe content totally in the algo. Reporting it would be useless, because they have already dealt with it.
