How to break out of the 'sandbox' after 6 months

Worth writing to G?

It's been almost 7 months since we were 1st deepcrawled. We show up near the top for ~allinanchor, ~allintitle, and ~allintext. We're strictly 'white-hat', yet we're still sandboxed!?!

Have read a few WebmasterWorld posts where folk were punished for writing to G by being yanked out of the index completely. So we're wondering what to do - to write or not to write: that is the question! Or is there another question that I should be asking?
