Affiliate ID outranking the main site.

The first result when someone Googles for our company is a link tagged with one of our affiliate ID's.

When I type in the domain name the first result looks like this:

www.companyname.com/products/item.asp?Item=5678&Aff=1234

I can't imagine how this could have happened. I would appreciate any information on how to resolve this issue.

The affiliate probably has a lot of good back links. Check it out in Google.
