Just been working the keywords lists on the Google Keyword Tool and it suddenly shut of with a 403 "restricted" warning. I've logged back into my account, changed IP address, everything - they won't let me use it.
Is this for everyone or have I passed some "search limit" for the day (like Kanoodle had)?
