Hi there

I have a site but with two domains, i.e. mysite.com and mysite.co.uk. I have not repointed the domains so that one points to the other.

The other day I checked my rankings in google and my .co.uk site came up on the 1st page - the hp has a pr of 5. Now my .com site has a PR of 4 - it has the same content and meta/title tags apart - the only thins that is different is the text in the 1st pg. This is all accidental, I thought Google would have penalised us for 95% duplication. Why would one site have a pr of 5 and one of 4 when they are identical sites? They also both have diff external links.

Can someone explain to me why this is OK.
