After all the heavy crawling that google bot has done in the last week, where are the fresh tags? I have been searching around and there are no fresh tags after Nov.1. Is google getting ready for another shake-up? Get the plywood out and batten down the hatches the hurricane season is here. LOL as I pull out my bottle of scotch.

Every so often the dates disappear, then they come back. No biggie, but where trying to figure out what Google does is concerned, Cutty Sark is as good an anesthetic as any. ;)

I just checked a couple of searches and there are Fresh dates from Nov. 3rd and Nov. 4th. Might as well go on the wagon, all is well.

Do you check for fresh tags all the time? Don't be so flip in your response. I noticed that fresh tags were missing too, but just for a half day or so. NOTHING, no fresh tags in any sector I checked. Business, Shopping, News... Personally, I thought it strange that a company like CNN and Fox were not showing fresh tags. My personal take was that the index was "frozen" for one complete day.

No, every so often there just aren't Fresh tags for a day or so and then they come back. It's normal.

Maybe I'm just a getting a little jumpy since it't the month before Christmas and all thourgh the net not a google was stirring! My only wish for Christmas is not to have an update like Florida.

They're so sweet - they never forget us for Christmas. They surprise us every year just in time for the holidays.

The question in my mind is 'This weekend or next?' If there is an update where sandboxed sites are let in, it will bring about huge changes simply due to the amount of new pages sharing the same space. I don't care how they rank the pages, just that they do.

Dear Santa:
I have been a very good boy! I didn't build any duplicat sites nor did I sign up too many affiliates and I promise I didn't build any SPAM sites. So could you please give me a present this year instead of a stocking full of coal.
