Google is showing only website url but no description.

I m new to this industry ...pls help me.

Hi All....

i m new to this industry...and i need help.

i have a website...which was doing great...it was having a good PageRank....with some good

amount of backlinks....but all of a sudden...the PageRank has gone down to zero....but it is

showing the Backlinks....no changes in that...

Now when i m typing "mycompanyname" in the search box in Google it is showing only the company URL without any description... that too on 2nd or 3rd page of SERP.

it is showing only the "companyname" where all it is present in the Backlinks...

i haven't done any kind of spamming....it has got good and original content....

i would really appreciate if anyone helps me and tell me what's must have happened....
