PDF-pages count as duplicate pages for G?

Hi,

I've got an educational site. Now I want to add PDF-files of the pages, which show only the content & content-images and not the navigationbar, etc, etc.
So it's easy to print and read without your PC. :)

But if I do this will Google interpret them as duplicate pages (which they in a sense are of course, the content is 100% identical), and such punish me for it? :(
